How Does Our Procurement Services Process Work
- Information gathering: Once the potential customer contacts us with the request we would study the requirements and do a follow up for any new information if required.
- Supplier research: At this point we would research all the suppliers who can meet the requirements. We would ensure that they can maintain the quality and also deliver within the turn around time required by the client.
- Supplier contact: Once a number of suppliers who can meet the requirements have been identified, requests for quotation would be sent out to the potential suppliers.
- Supplier selection: After a detailed and a very through assessment has been done of the suppliers background and their quotation the suppliers are selected.
- Negotiation: Negotiations are undertaken, and price, delivery schedule, quality, and customization opportunities are finalized. At this point the contract is completed.
- Fulfillment: Product preparation, expediting, shipment, delivery, and payment for the shipment are completed, based on contract terms.
- Renewal: When the product is to be re-ordered, company experience with the supplier is reviewed. The client determines whether to locate other suppliers or to continue with the same.
