What do I need to request a quote?
To obtain a quote, we need an engineering print or a drawing / CAD model, and/or a physical sample of the item to be manufactured. The more detailed information you provide, the quicker we can get back to you with a quote.
How long does it take to receive an initial quote?
Quote times depend on the complexity of the project, the amount of information provided and the customer's requirements.We can provide an estimated quote time at the start of the process.
How long does it take before my first order is received?
We strive to complete your high-quality project in the least amount of time. Your first shipment can take 90 to 120 days. Reorders can take 45 to 60 days. And, if necessary, we can even arrange air shipments to meet special customer requirements.
How will I know the current shipping status of my order?
We forward you an estimated ship date when your order is confirmed. We also use an order tracking system that provides current data as needed for each purchase order.

What are the usual order payment terms with a factory?
The payment arrangements with a factory vary significantly based on your negotiation. Factories usually ask for a deposit of 30-50% before starting production and full payment on completion of production – depending on the buying terms. Payments to suppliers are made via a Letter of Credit or Telegraphic Transfer which is negotiated as a part of a manufacturing/supply agreement. We will ensure you get the commercial arrangements and buying terms that suit you best.
What are buying terms?
Buying terms are the terms you negotiate with a factory for the supply of your goods. These include terms such as FOB and Ex-Factory. Understanding buying terms is absolutely critical and one of the benefits of working with us. We are constantly contacted by western companies who have found a factory and paid for an order in full without understanding that they have bought on Ex-Factory terms and have no idea how to get their goods out of India.
